Services are performed by a single professional. To protect the quality of your cleaning, please allow the cleaner to work uninterrupted.
During Special Cleans, including deep cleans, post-party cleans, or high-fixture work, the cleaner requires a focused environment. Please refrain from initiating personal conversations or lingering in the immediate work area while service is in progress.
The cleaner will focus exclusively on the agreed-upon tasks. Please keep the service area accessible and free of unnecessary activity so the job can be completed safely and within the estimated timeframe.
We respect the privacy of your home. Any personal items or information encountered during the cleaning process will remain strictly confidential.
We care for your home with respect. Personal belongings, electronics, and documents outside the specific cleaning scope requested will not be touched, moved, or handled.
For the safety of both the client and the cleaner, all pets must be secured or moved to a separate area while cleaning is in progress.
